On our first day back after our long weekend, the junior Sheridan classrooms gathered together in front of the Grotto for an Easter Liturgy. Room 3 & 4 read the story of Jesus' Passion from Good Friday and the Resurrection story. Room 1 children carried up symbols of Easter: White cloth, crucifix and eggs (new life). Each child had the opportunity to come and touch what symbol meant the most to them at this very important time in the Liturgical Year! The liturgy was a very prayerful, respectful and joyful way to celebrate the Risen Lord. Alleluia He has Risen!
