The Ascension of Jesus

Last week we got ready for Ascension Sunday-Jesus leaving his disciples on Earth so that he could go and prepare a place in heaven for each of them, and of course us! The children were excited to act out the Gospel and retell it in their own words with a buddy. Ms Scanlan also helped us to create our Ascension Mural that shows all of us in Room 1 & 2 looking up into the clouds at Jesus. The children are more than happy to retell this special Gospel to you!
